The few customers impacted by this issue have all been contacted via the email address provided on their order to advise that a new SIM card is being issued and should be with them in the next few days.

A recent batch of SIMs have not been fully loaded on our platform meaning some recent customers are unable to register their new SIM. This is currently being addressed and expected to be resolved within 24hrs.
